Be sure to read and understand this section: It
applies to everyone!
Billet 4-U will refund the full purchase price of any merchandise
only if it is returned in unmounted condition. If you mount it, you own
it. Billet 4-U will inspect any parts in our facility for a
manufacturing error if the customer believes the failure occurred
because of the machining process. The customer is responsible for
the cost of shipping the parts to our facility and the cost of returning
them to the customer regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
All parts returned to Billet 4-U
are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. This fee applies to parts
returned for incorrect offset, a change of heart, or
any other reason. Know what you want/need
prior to purchase.
Chrome Plating:
We use a triple layer plating process perfected by
our out of state vendor - this chrome has proven to
be very durable. If you encounter problems
with the plating, please let us know ASAP so we can
determine the source of the problem.
Offset:
This number is vital to ensuring
the correct fit of your primary drive unit.
Please contact your frame manufacturer to determine
this number prior to fitting. Fixing an error
once the belt drive has been shipped is costly and
more involved than simply replacing the spacer unit.
Know this info prior to ordering.
